Just look at this awesome bakeware that I received in the mail to review recently! The beautiful craftsmanship put into the making of this piece by Emerson Creek Pottery is quite remarkable. I knew it was coming to me as a hand-crafted item, but I wasn't sure what to expect until the brie dish arrived in the mail. I realized the incredible quality of this piece as I got to hold it and feel the smoothness of the interior of the dish. It's easy to create an image of something in your mind based on a description of a product on their website, but it really doesn't compare to actually getting to see it first hand.
Everything about this Emerson Creek Pottery product is pleasing. I get to enjoy the fine detail of the gorgeous Iris flower design inside the center of the brie dish for the aesthetic beauty of it, as well as the impact the molded edging design has on the shape of the brie as it's baking. I tried a favorite recipe while using this dish so I'd know for sure if the way it turned out was affected or not by the quality of the brie dish. It turned out delicious! :) I may just need to try a few more of their high quality bakewear or serving products!
